The fan unit is supplied with two built-in fans and cables. When mounted in the standard cut out of the base plate it forces the air through the cabinet. When mounted in the standard cut out of the top it draws the air flow out of the cabinet.
The thermostat measures the heat in the cabinet continuously and switches the fan unit MBM1004(B) on and off to maintain the desired temperature.

The fan unit contains three axial fans. The maximum flow is 480 m³/h, under normal load this will be over 300m³/h. All connections are of the IEC-320 C13 type. The fan units can be daisy chained using a standard cable with IEC-320 C13 / C14 connectors. All cables are included in the set.
